
Thank you to everyone who came out today to ring in the New Year and participate in the first ever CrossFit Invictus WOD. We were blown away by the turnout, but more importantly by the energy and enthusiasm you all brought to the gym. We were honored to coach you and look forward to many more WODs in the upcoming year.
