What is “40/6×2″? 40% of your PR/1RM for two sets of six reps

PSn (HB/Bkn)?? the PSn is Power Snatch what is HB or Bkn?
Then is it “% of 1RM / rep count”? What is “40/6×2” or “90/3×4”?
