What do you do to keep moving when you are stuck on an airplane…especially if you are trapped in the middle or aisle seat? Sometimes there’s an appropriate time and opportunity to get out of your seat and move around, but what if you don’t have that chance? Seriously though, there is a concern for not only blood clots from not moving around enough on long flights but also unraveling or locking up what those ‘problem’ parts or the areas you’ve been working so hard on keeping mobile. I’ll be trying this during a long drive on cruise control. I always have hamstring cramps.
