If you are training for an event here are a couple of other CFE workouts for the week
short interval – 30s on, 90s off x 8-12 rounds – keep your pace, as soon as you see it drop off the workout is done
Time Trial – 15k as fast as humanly possible

Our team is all set for Ragnar: 12 people, 2 vans, and 194 miles of running starting in San Francisco and ending in Calistoga. The Invictus Endurance team is pumped to get another Ragnar Relay under our belts, and we will be doing it in style with our t-shirts designed by LifeAsRx and van decals provided by Vinyl Disorder. We can’t think of any better way to rock our green and black and to be the masters of our feet and the captains of our soles. Thank you, LifeAsRx and Vinyl Disorder, and a huge shout out to Genr8 for all the shwag they sent and product to keep us running fast this weekend, we’ll do you proud! Stay tuned for race updates starting this Friday!
