Alright folks – we have a couple of options:
I saw this on the Crossfit main site today and I am very tempted to have you all do it because it just looks like good ‘ol fun…
Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters
Option #2 is what I had originally planned –
4 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off, 6 on 3 off and 7 on and done
What do you all think??? Option 1 or 2?
If you are training for an upcoming event and are using CF & CFE to train for it here are 2 additional workouts for you to do between now and next wednesday.
Workout # 1
Short Intervals – 30 seconds on, 90 seconds off – continue doing this for 30 minutes
Workout # 2
Tempo Run – 6 miles @ 80% of your 5 mile Time Trial you did last week
These are not to be done on the same day – I would suggest waiting a day or two in between runs
