Five Weeks to Your Fastest 5k  

Want to learn to run like a flying Nuno? Best go to the source then–the flying Nuno himself. The Invictus Endurance race season kicks off with a five week program to prepare you for the Fearless 5k. You will meet with Coach Nuno and his team twice a week – Wednesday @ 6:30 p.m. @ San Diego High School, and Saturday @ 7:00 a.m. (locations vary dependent on race course) – to be coached  on proper technique, training, nutrition, strategy and more.

Not only is Nuno super freakishly fast, he is an expert coach in the CrossFit Endurance community, traveling the world to coach athletes and teach other coaches how to coach runners. He has made his presence known at races of all formats and distances in both running and triathlon events all while maintaining his training for the CrossFit Games and a busy travel schedule. Let him teach you to do the same!

Five Weeks to Your Fastest 5k runs from September 24th to race day on October 29th.  The program will include a test on the Fearless 5k course on September 24th and a re-test on October 29 when you run the event. It only costs $79 for 5 weeks and is the perfect warm-up for the rest o f the season which includes program cycles for Carlsbad Half-Marathon from November 2nd to January 22nd; La Jolla Half-Marathon from February 8th to April 29th; Rock ‘n’ Roll Half-Marathon Program runs from March 14th to June 3rd; and the AFC Half-Marathon from May 30th to August 19th.

In addition to the programs listed above, we will continue to offer our Invictus Endurance Track Night, which will meets once a week, every Wednesday night @ SDHS at 6:30 p.m.  The cost for this option will remain at $39 per month.
