– Beets are high in vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals allowing your mind and body to function whether you are a Republican or a Liberal.
– Beets help to rid the body of toxins to help your blood and liver. This magical root seems to be the magic giver.
– But don’t jump too fast as they are very high in sugar, so ingest them in modification like a baby eating a booger!
