Week 2 is almost in the books

Tomorrow the plan is to do a 2 mile time trial – we will me in De Anza Cove @ 7am – map is attached to this email with exact location, meet at the gazebo

We will warm up as a group and Saturdays we have an opportunity to do some more of the run mechanics drills, since its usually a smaller group than the track on wednesdays we can dedicate more time to technique work.  I will also be bringing my video camera so that we can do some video review of how you are currently running so you can have some feedback on areas of improvement
