It may rain, it may thunder, but that won’t stop us from running 🙂
Make sure to bring layers so you stay warm – Here’s the workout – 500, 1000, 1500, 1000, 500 – rest 3 minutes between intervals. BRING A STOPWATCH!!! The shorter intervals will be at a faster pace.
Be sure to look at McMillan Run Calculator for your pace on the intervals, plug in your goal time for the 5k and take a look at the speed/sprint workouts to get an idea of times to shoot for
See you all at San Diego High School @ 6:30pm – if this is your first time be sure to get there a little early so you can figure out the parking.
You are also welcomed to bring a friend to run with the group.
