I retested the 18.4 Open WOD and totally tanked from my Open scores.
It was the first time that I had to fight back tears, ever, in my whole crossfit career. I have always thought that it was silly to cry after a bad workout but now I have been on that side of the fence and it was very humbling. What it has taught me is, who am I to judge others? No one. We each have our own demons, our own story and our own fight. None of us handles things in exactly the same way and situations are different for everyone.
