Other athletes are going to be more likely to tackle the workouts on Thursday and Sunday. And of course, if you do the Open workout for the first time on Wednesday and feel inadequately recovered or prepared to do it again on Saturday, you will always have Sunday as an option.

Is it best to do it on Wednesday when they first release the WOD and then do it again on Saturday? Like what is the best way to space it?
