correct mindset to keep pushing hard during my workouts. I experienced Crossfit
in a professional (Work) and personal way. I believe fitness mentality helps
develop a not giving up mentality outside the gym. However, while attending a
rigorous training through work I developed something called
“Rhabdomyolysis”. Anyone at any fitness level can develop
“Rhabdo”…. I created this Free eBook that explains what it is and
