I’m assuming that individuals have already addressed their training program, nutrition intake, basic supplementation (ex: vitamin D, fish oil, mineral deficiencies, etc.), sleep habits (getting 7 to 9 hours a night), hydration, and lifestyle (ex: reducing alcohol consumption, etc).
