I can only imagine how tough that must be, but I’m glad you enjoyed the post and were able to take it to heart! It’s incredible what that little phrase can do to change an outlook on life! It sounds like you’ve got one tough wife. I hope others can find the inspiration like you have!

My wife has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I live the “get to” everyday. It’s easy to take for granted the simple things like standing, walking, lifting a cup, or hugging your kids without pain. Five days a week at 5AM I suffer for only an hour pushing my body, and she suffers 24 hrs a day because she has too. She is my “get to.”
