I think that you tap into the soul of a newcomer– ie. intimidating WODs etc. Who would have thunk WODs are a an exercise in courage and mental discipline? ha! While my challenges are centered around an erratic work sched; I try not to allow one “bad” week (poor attendance due to travel, late hours etc) detract from my attendance goal the following week or dampen the track record. From keeping a log, to investing 5min before/post WOD these are truly ‘best practices’ at the gym! Thank you.

My tip: become obsessed with free street parking so you’re forced to get downtown every morning at 5:30 to beat all the other downtown workers. Then you might as well go to the 6 a.m. class! 🙂
